I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your appointment time. However, I ask that you provide a 24 hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Any appointment cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 25% service fee charge.
 Any no-show to your appointment will be subject to a 50% service fee charge. 
Appointments cancelled, changed, or no-showed, leave gaps in my schedule that I am unable to fill.
